With being free from any kind of Uni work and only working a few days a week, comes the urge to go out for brunch, coffee or dinner as many times as my bank account allows me. Over the past few weeks, I've been discovering and trying out places I hadn't eaten at yet in Brighton (there's just so many!) and with things like vegan doughnuts still on my to-do list, I had the chance to try out a new uber cute place on Lewes Road last week. It's situated dangerously close to my place here, as it's only a 10-15 min walk away and even though it's not a vegan (or even veggie) place, their vegan options are amazing.
After having walked or driven by Brewed a bunch of times already, studying their menu over and over again, my friend and I finally got the chance to try out some of their vegan food on offer, alongside a good cup of coffee. With several vegan options on the menu, we opted for the vegan chilli tacos and the pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, which we both shared. Adding our coffees to the bill, we had a fabulous brunch for under £10 each and I'm arranging the next brunch date with another friend to go try out their avocado toast and kombucha! And to top it all off, the place is more than instagrammable (yes, I just said that, sue me!) with its cute interior and adorable coffee cups.

i'm always amazed by the amazing vegan things you can find! personally, i'm not vegan, but i'm so glad shops like this are getting more widespread for people who are :) the food looks great!
