DIY

 This one isn't really related to the studs that I used on a DIY, but however, I bought this shirt on sale for 5€ two years ago, without trying it on and it's quite horrible, because it has no shape whatesoever

 So I decided to cut off the sleeves and make it shorter and I really like the result! It's simple, so I'll be able to wear it with lots of different things and it's light, perfect for warm summer days :)

 Now this is the shirt that I used for the studs DIY. As you can see, it has a few holes in it and I normally just wear it to bed or gym anymore, but it's still one of my favourites. I decided that the holes wouldn't matter that much if I'd change it a bit myself..

 The first step was to cut off the sleeves, but not completely like with the other shirt. It's like a t-shirt now, only that the sleeves are flowy, which I really like

 I then cut off a part of the back, in the shape of a V. I'm crazy about shirts and dresses with naked backs, so I used this opportunity to build in another detail I love

 Finally, I added golden studs to both the shoulders and voilà, this is the result!

I'll probably be wearing it tonight when I go out, so I might get the chance to take outfit pictures with it! :)

 This is one of the few items I bought in Camden Lock. It's from a Second Hand shop and actually a men's t-shirt. (I think) It's a size L, so it really is huge on me who's a XS/small S, but I decided to give it a try and bought it for £10, which is approximately 13€. I love the colours and pattern! 

Of course, I knew that I wasn't going to wear it like that, the sleeves were like 3/4 sleeves for me and I could have easily worn it as a dress! So I grabbed our kitchen scissors, made some measurements here and there and..

.. voilà, this is the result! The holes on the sides where the sleeves used to be are huge, but worn with a bandeau underneath, it gives the whole look a special touch. I cropped it a lot, so that it is short, but you can only see my belly when I stretch. I really love the result - it's so colourful, summery.. perfect to be combined with black shorts, jeans or tight skirts!

What do you think, do you like it?

Since I've lately seen, a few, nice blouses without sleeves in different shops, but didn't feel like spending 20/30€ for one, I looked through my wardrobe and picked one of my white blouses and cut the sleeves off. I pinned some of the fabric under the arms together, but I think I'm gonna fix that properly by sewing! Do you like the result?

CROSS

I've been thinking about making myself a wooden cross which I'd paint black, but then I saw this at her blog:

A Lego-cross! I found that a really funny and kinda cute idea so I grabbed some Lego and here's my version:

I actually also wanted to make it with the "thinner" Legopieces, but since I couldn't find enough of them, I made it fatter, hehe. What do you think?

Still thinking about making the wooden one! Because if I don't want this one to break apart with every little shock, I gotta glue it, don't know if I want to do that, though..

chain-addict

Some time ago, I bought tons and tons and tons (for altogether around 6€!) of chain but totally forgot it. I bought different kinds of chain & this evening, I was bored by sitting on the table, I finally made myself a sort of bracelet-ring-thingie, hehe :p aswell, I thread leather tape through one of the chains. These are the results:

I can wear them as necklace, belt or bracelet :)

Really like it, I just think that I should find a way to kind of fix the ring-part more, hmm.

EDIT: I just got 25€ from my grandma, gonna save it all up for spain. I'll get 50€ from mum, 50€ from dad, I have around 80€ on my account +hopefully the ~25€ from KK'll arrive soon aswell. means: 50+50+80+25= 205€, waaaah :D:D

I'M UNIQUE

Finally, I didn't cut the shirt off, I decided that I could just make a knot in it, etc :) On the back it says 'I'm unique' and on the front I just drew a huge, black heart :D
All you need to do that is:
-some random shirt
-special tissue-pens and colors
-ideasideasideas

I'm pretty bored at the moment, so I'm sitting in front of our computer, eating chocolate and going through onlineshops (boohoo, miss selfridge, missguided, new look..) I saw soo many pretty dresses, skirts and cute cropped shirts :D And boohoo.com isn't expensive at all! I feel like buying the whole shop, haha :p I remember having a white, size L shirt in my wardrobe, and I'm really thinking about cutting it off and drawing/writing something random on it.. like I said, I'm bored :D

Hello Sweethearts!
I'm really, really, reeeaaally sorry about my hugeee lack of posts D:! I just didn't feel like posting & didn't really have any good ideas/inspiration.
Thursday I went to my grandma's place with L & we sewed all afternoon long, pfuuuh :) Finally, grandma lent me her sewingmachine, yeeh :D That's also one of the reasons, why I haven't posted anything 'til now. I'm sewing every second I have time, it's so addictif (or with v?) :b
Yesterday some new stuff arrived, a book, nailpolish, shorts.. (amazon & KK) But no pictures now, my camera is dead, I have to wait 'til the batterie's full again, but I promise to take pictures then ;)
Today I went to Echternach and bought lots of stuff for sewing, etc. Kilos of chain and pearls and blabla :p

I don't like tuesdays.

(I don't like tuesdays, because I have: german, geo, moral, chemistry, spanish, physics, double math)
Huuu :D! This was my today's outfit (Not thaaat special, right?)
I had a quite good day, I missed the first tree periods because I had an appointment at the eyedoctor, and during math we watched a movie for the whole two hours, he :D

My plans for tomorrow (last day of school for this week!): school 'til 14:50, go to the post with a friend, to send a packet for KK, go back to school where I'll pick L up, bring my little brother to mama's work, take the bus to go to L's place.
Thursday: Take the bus with L, to go to my grandma's place, sew the whole afternoon! (telling you why later ;))

So: I'm really looking forward to tomorrow and thursday :D!

I think, I should definitely experiment more with different writings (fat/underlined/big/small, etc)

So yesterday evening I started to change my shirt. I looked through magazines for pictures of swallows and then I practiced, practiced, practiced.

Then I drew tons and tons of swallows on the shirt, with a pencil. I think I'm later gonna count how many I drew :b After that, my left arm (I'm righty!) was literally dead.

And today I retouched ? the swallows with the special tissue-pen I bought. I'm not sure yet if I should let it like this or color them completely black. Anyway I haven't finished, so we'll see :)

Here I am! Back with a lot of inspiration for new DIY's! When I was at Echternach, I had to wait nearly a whole hour for my bus, so I decided to go through a shop, where you can buy lots and lots of stuff to do handicrafts with. I bought a pen to draw/write on tissue, big woodenpearls and.. this! I have seriously no idea what you call that in english, but you can see it on the picture, hehe. I have a big plan with this pretty thing, and it has nothing to do with reparing a clock or something ;) But, you'll see, you'll see..

and, remember when I bought this beautiful shirt? Well I didn't wear it at all 'til now! So I decided to fresh it up a little. When you look at the second picture, you're sure going to know, what exactly my plans are.. ;)

Hola chicas! How are you all today, on such a beautiful, warm, sunny day? I'm great :D I feel superhappy right now, also because of that awesome weather! It was around 26°C today! Still can't believe it.
Also today a skirt from KK arrived, which I've been waiting soo long :D Here it is;

Aaaaand, finally took a picture of the tissue I bought, I told you about;


the dots are a little bit bigger than a 50ct-piece :) I want to make me a highwaisted skirt out of it, or something similar.. :) But now, I'm off for a shower and then GNTM! Have a good evening, x

no movie ideas?

Yesterday evening, when I was watching those DIY-videos I told you about, I had again a huge inspirationflash :b It was already 23:30, but I just had to make something! Remember the skirt I made on my own? Well I still have a rest of tissue, so I decided to make me a small hand bag. It's nearly finished, I just need to add some chain :)

So my plans for today are:
- go to Echternach by bus & buy golden chain
- go to the post, also in E. and inform me about the costs and stuff for Kleiderkreisel.
- finish my bag
- hopefully see V again since a week!

And the weather is SO nice! I think I'll take some pictures outside now :)!

Just a small, very quick post before I go to bed. I discovered a pretty great website with lots of DIY-tutorials and thought about sharing that site with you :) it's called threadbanger. Especially one tutorial made me wanna also do it; this one. They show you how to make your jeans skinnier & finally just that they fit you better and later they bleech them and the result is awesome! Since the only jeans I buy are Cheap Mondays, 'cause they're the only ones who fit me, they're pretty expensive, 50€, I think I'll just buy a cheaper one and try to change it, when I have time :) More about that later.

Also I wanted to ask what kind of girls-movies do you know, like Wild Child, Mean Girls, LOL, which I should watch. I finally found a good website to watch movies for free on internet, just that I never know, which movie I should watch. So tell me, what are your faves? (They can also be other movies than typical 'girls-movies' ;))

Oh and, I always forget to say; I went to the new H&M in Town, some weeks ago, and I gotta say that they have pretty amazing stuff there! There I finally found my dotted tights!
